Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Who does the best wobble boards for rehab? Got a rubbish one off ebay a couple of years ago which will be good for early phase but was too easy after a while. Don't really want to shell out the full monty for a Bosu.

I think I got the basic model off ebay too:- I maintain the challenge by shutting my eyes for as long as poss; trying to juggle; playing catch by throwing a tennis ball against the wall...... hours of fun!

having just read the thread about the dog sucked up in a New York street sweeper, I initially read that as "throwing a terrier against the wall". That unpredictable bounce would keep you on your toes...

The nice thing about the BOSU dome side up is independent ankle actuation, doesn't happen with a single board.

Don't forget to do your press ups on these.

Actually I had an "episode" on mine, after having had a few. Ended up on the floor with a sprained wrist, wobble board smashed the perspex doors that access the DVD player under the TV. Now I only ride sober Embarassed
