Can anyone recommend a good ski/ board shop to hire a snowboard from..... looked online to rent but there are a few shops to go at!?

It's a well know fact that La Rosiere has no shops at all.

I think they discourage snowboarding in La Rosiere.....or is it that they discourage snowboarders from skiing...........?

We used Twinner earlier this year in La Rosiere, they looked after No 1 son on his first snowboard adventure. I have told him he has to leave home if he continues to use a board, but the wife says thats too cruel at his age - 13

kitenski, please shop around i have found cheaper than this pre booking online. i am waiting for snowbrainer boss to get back to me i have used them twice once was brill the other in les arcs was very poor

andybabes, kitenski, Been to La Rosiere twice...
First time got equipment from Twinner - great service, fantastic pair of skis (brand new).
Second time, saved about 10/20 euros and booked with Intersport. Got rubbish skis, not what i had booked. Rest of group had even worse skis - one girls skis were about 4 years old and utterly battered.

My youngest (traitor) hired a board and boots for 2 half days from Twinners last week. They were great.

just to update this post , just got back board that i rented from intersport was excellent.... the assistants in the shop spoke excellent english and were very helpful. swapped board a couple of days later for a shorter one to do more tricks on and they were just as helpful and board was as a good a quality as the first on i had. both burton boards and the second one i had , had just been waxed brill
