Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi, we are 3 girls (24 so suppose not exactly girls......) going to Alpe d'Huez for a week flying from Manchester on sat 1st March, the fourth of our party has lost her passport Shocked and is unable to get one in time (trust me we've explored all options!!!!)
So we have a space for 1 person to join our group, ideally a girl of beginner/intermediate level skier.
I realise its very short notice!! Embarassed My e-mail is amysouster@hotmail.com should anyone be interested. We've paid £336 per person for flights, accomodation and transfers, we have a set of ski's and boots on hold which can be kept or cancelled and we havent bought lift passes yet.
I'm sure the girl who now can;t come wouldnt expect the full price back, so reasonable offers considered!!

AmyLou, Honda Kitty managed to get one the day before travel by going to the passport office and be persistent, even after they had said no way on the phone several time, might be worth a try.
