have just booked on to the warren smith academy course for the 12th to the 19th april, flights and accomadation sorted, but struggling with transfer from geneva to verbier, the usual transfer companies seem to have stopped running at that time of year.
any ideas of best way to get there and back

Neilski, train is easy enough, but a change of Platform on to a tram like train is requred and then a bus up the hill, as Dobz,

Neilski, use the website Dobz gave - you're looking for a train from Geneva Airport to Martigny (last April they left the airport at 27 mins past the hour), followed by a change at Martigny to Le Chable (it's a little mountain valley train - tram-like suits it admirably). From Le Chable you can either take the Post Bus up the hill to Verbier, or, depending on your luggage, you can take the cable car (which you'll have to pay for if you don't have a ski pass). It's a nice journey - I seem to remember it costing about 100 CHF last year. Have fun!!

Neilski, when you get off the train in Le Chable the bus will be waiting most probably, so be the first one to get off the train and dash (all of 20 meters) to the bus because it can be quite full. Open the bus luggage compartment your self if necessary, chuck your bag in and get on the bus sharpish

Neilski, ring Peak Ski when you start up the hill in the bus.
They'll pick you up and drive you to the digs.
