Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Transfers Geneva - Avoriaz

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi
I may organise a cheeky trip to Avoriaz in March, but I'll arrive on the Friday in Geneva about 9pm. So the plan is to overnight there then get up to the resort as early as poss on the Saturday.

I will have to return on the following Friday (am) so I will need a return as well.

What is the best and cheapest way to do this?

I had checked a few transfer companies and they were coming in at about £300 for private transfers but I've just checked ATS and theirs is about £55 which is fine.

If anyone knows a better way/price then let me know.

Hi,

Book a lift with British ownded 'Ski-Lifts', very reasonably priced. If you want accomodation go on to www.avoriazlets.com - great private Very Happy ly owned apartments, many British owners - plus flexibility on arrival departure dates - ski lifts are available to book through avoriazlets website too!

A car for 3 people for 4 days is £110 ish. Total convenience, competitive price, and as reliable as you! (I have been let down by a transfer company when organising a trip for 14). Worth it in my opinion.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Snowflake1, Thanks for the info. No real price advantage on the transfers and the search for availability on Avoriazlets is very poor. Couldn't find anything. All helpful though.

For transport we are booking a mini bus with www.alpinecab.com Ken is the guy we spoke to and he was very helpful. I am sure they do shared taxis also.
