LOL  It started snowing here today and if it continues overnight I may get a lift to the top of the forestry track and ski down (if they have left the padlock off the gate)

Best skiing was on the tramlines. (Gaps intentionally left when sowing crops to allow a tractor to spray the crop without knocking over the crop)

Was flying today from Newtonards. No snow left on the Ards Peninnsula, however there was still a decent covering across Co. Down, right down to the Mournes. Belfast Hills still had a good covering.

Cessna 152 light aircraft. Flew over to Hillsborough and back again. Views were stunning yesterday, and the air was very stable too, so it was a very pleasant flight. Where abouts are you?

Was at the top of a local hill yesterday (Binevenagh) and there were hints of wet sleet. Bloody cold

More snow today. We even had a few cm at sea level on the North Coast this afternoon. Any hills over 600ft will have got a real pasting.
