Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Private Snowboard Lessons - Arc 1950 \ 2000

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi

does anyone know if it's possible to get private snowboard lessons in the morning at 1950 \ 2000?

Have tried Spirit in 1950 and ESF in 2000 and they offer private lessons but they don't start until 2pm. Given that everyone else in our group is in ski school in the mornings it seems a bit unfair for my better half to have to wait around until 2pm to start her lessons!

Reason given by Spirit was that the snow is softer in the afternoons hence it is better for learning to board, but given we're going in January I'm not sure the conditions will play that big a part.......

thanks!

I too would be curious for good snowboard lessons in the les arcs domain in the morning.
But my one experience with esf teaching was terrible.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

tuxpoo, I found this company via the les-arcs website, and they responded straight away to confirm they can do private morning snowboard lessons. Very impressed with their immediate and helpful response!
