Rossfra8, press C for camera mode. Personally that's the only way I can get down the course. I'm no good in 3rd person mode (not that I'm any good in 1st person, just not as bad!)

After exhaustive testing of tweaking the settings on the custom skis I've come to the conclusion that the expert ones are quicker 
|

I think I need to get some practice in, just done my first qualifying and I'm 74267'th on the start list. The course may be rather cut up by the time I leave the start gate!

How are you improving, tweaking your skis or lines??? I'm doing a combination of both and slowly geting my times down....

skis are now set at a 25 25 50, just lucky, id be really good at every corner if i were to take it individually but as soon as you cock up one turn, youlose speed for the rest of the course that you cant regain on the leaders. speed is the most important i think.

yeh I'm slowly starting to look at the speed reading, can hit 128 (?) I think kph after the first corner, but a dodgy line or jump can knock 10 off that in a micro second....

after the first corner stay just left of the shadow for the 2nd set of gates, thats the best line, and as you start the incline up over that crest, hold spacebar and you will not leave the snow as much.

Addictive isn't it?
Put the best time (1.53-ish) up on the ghost thing and try following him. Yup, keeping left on 1st jump and squash the jump down to sub 20m is the only way I can live with him on the 1st section, then he flies away after that!!
God knows how to keep up with him later on down the course... You need to be perfect through that 1st tricky right left right, then left right before the Camel Bumps, but I've only managed that once and unfortunately then crashed out near the bottom!!
All good fun though.
