Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Big long holiday.... accommodation.

I was going to get a chalet type job for the upcoming season, but for various reasons have not got a position. My 'real' job has now picked up a bit and I think I can afford to bunk off for a month mid season and work remotely of a few days/evenings a week.

I am not sure how to go about looking for long term(ish) accommodation mid season.

I would probably go to Chamonix as I know it well. Planet sub zero quotes me about a grand for the month. does anyone here know what my other options are?

Take their hand off, €1K for a month that is good.

Roy Hockley, really? Shocked It's at least twice what you'd pay here.

Might want to read this: http://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?t=28647

A month in Cham is exactly what I'm doing, so I've asked the same questions...

You'll need to Register first of course.

One more crucial thing - if you're definitely going to Cham, get your lift pass before Nov 25. For a month it's cheapest to get a season pass, and it's 35% off right now, about £460.
