That's what I am looking for, for Feb half term.
I know I am being really lazy, not surfing the web for this, but I have always been given good advice on here and
usually it's been businesses replying and getting my business so I don't feel too guilty.
I want a biggish resort, but it doesn't have to be one of the real majors.

Sarge, what date and how many people? Our place in Laax (sleeps 4) is, to my current knowledge, available on 16th and/or 23rd of Feb. There is a resort shuttle transfer to/from Friedrichshafen to practically in front of the building for CHF 136 return or train and bus (also to practically in front of the building) from Zurich airport is easy (I believe BMI do Edinburgh to Zurich). We're still finalising the web site, but if it's of interest, PM me and I can give you more info/pics etc

I can recommend Rob@Rar's place in Les arcs, sleeps 4 in relative comfort, and you can arrange transfers with Pascal @ Taxis Aarthur through mysnowsports.com at a very reasonable cost

Sarge, I have PM'ed you. Would be very helpful to know your group's size and composition. Chamonix valley is a great place but not all horses suit all courses. We certainly have some accommodation left for half term and it's in a great location so ...let me knwo if you're still "seeking"
