Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

As the subject suggests, any recommendations on sunglasses for a 4 year old that won't put me in the poor-house?

My mate got his young kid's sunnies & goggles from Decathlon.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

personally i'd get a recognised brand either in the valley if you're out in the mountains with your own transport or probably be fine getting them from Snow & Rock.. My 3yr old has had all of his from Quecha/decathlon and they have been functional and good quality with a proper UV/UVA lense fitted. The last pair we bought when in France was about 10euros

m00958, My kids liked the Cushies that I bought. They were about £5 a pair so no great loss if they lost them - they claimed full functionality on the lenses and have lasted several years - I'll find a link and post it.

Sorry they are Kushies - wrong spelling before - here is a link:

You may need to scroll down the page a bit. They still fit both my 7 & 4 year old and come in a variety of colours. They look as though they are less than a fiver - I got mine from Perfectly Happy People.

I like the fact they have hoops at the end for lashing a neck strap to.

m00958, They look practical & seem to be a really good deal. We paid £16 a pair for kids bloc's (glasses only) & both pairs broke within the week in the same place.
