Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Am I ill....................

Poster: A snowHead
More and more just lately I sit here with an overwhelming need to go on holiday and ski on a mountain. In relative terms I've only just taken up the sport, I've seldom known anything quite so addictive so soon. It's happened more so since the MK bash - am I ill?

Megamum,
Which do you find more addictive the skiing or the posting about it (12 posts per day rolling eyes ) ?

II, At the moment I can't wait to get out on the mountain and back onto the skis. Is 12 posts per day too OTT? Somedays I don't post any? Are people getting fed up with me? (Lizzard you don't need to answer that wink )

Megamum, You post as much as you like! I admit that I will be counting down to the season before long. And watching every incipient snowflake on its way from Greenland.

Megamum, Don't worry it's just a long term illness with no cure, I got very excited yesterday when I saw "SNOW" on the web-cam at VT. snowHead I'm off today and will be taking a look at the shops and snow at excape in MK. Smile Very Happy Toofy Grin I have spoken to the doctor about this and was told there is no cure just regular doses of what make you feel good, he did point out that he's just recently contracted the same illness but as it's in the early stages, he's only a one weeker, but he has a colleague with a six week habit, multiple magazine subscriptions, a ski film fetish, a chalet in France and a year long pass to the local dry slope. Shocked This makes me think we could be safe for a while yet. rolling eyes

Megamum, No real problem, however if you get the desire to head to the southern hemisphere to get a fix which has a side effect of causing your bank account to hemorrhage, you could try my short term fix of defrosting the deep freeze, thus allowing you to get your fingers numb whilst handeling the frosted ice. We've got the Braehead ski testing bash next week which should make me happy for a few hours - can't wait. I do think this will make me more desperate for winter in the long run though! Madeye-Smiley
