Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ischgl - Weekend Accomodation

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all. Theres a group of 5 of us flying out to Zurich on the 15th March, returning on the 18th March

At the moment, Ischgl is top of our lists, but so far everywhere we have tried wont let us have rooms/apartments for 3 days.

I was wondering if anyone on here had ever done a weekend in this resort, and where you stayed?

Yes... Stayed at the Hotel Kastle (or Castel or Castle or something like that) about 3 years ago. Other side of the main road but only 5-8 mins walk to the lifts under the road bridge... Ischgl is notriously bad for short term accom and even for mid week arrivals for 7 nights.

You could try the toursit board of the ischgl.com website

Or try emailing this chap - Mr Erwin WALSER - His family have several accommodations (apts and B&B's). He sorted me 2 austrian twin rooms in one of his B&B's for a wednesday to wednesday when I was struggling to find accom for this coming easter. Very helpful chap and a useful contact.

The other thing is to try private rooms... there's loads on the website accommodation listings. They're often the last to fill up so you may get lucky.
