tecnica boy, Any descent ski shop will have a machine. 10mins is all they need, padding on the ankle bones and toe cap on the toes. then a sock and a plastic bag, in the boots, having removed then re-inserted you orthotic after heating. clip up to comfort, walk and flex for ten minuites, moving the foot as little as possible and advoiding liftin the heel or testing if you can! Hey presto, abracadabra, piff paff puff, alacazbam. It's done.
