It snowed lightly here from about 2 pm to midnight but then cleared and looking at the forecast there is no more snow in the offing. But great sun, and this snow should last well if the temperatures don't recover too far next week. Great piste skiing, after a good half metre of new snow,  and just the job for admiring the scenery.

garethjomo, i wouldn't be surprised if it snows around the 15th! being that it is my birthday that day and i i have demanded the snow gods to let it rip that week! Just like last year!

i've also just checked one of my long range forecast websites and it says snow for serre che starting the 4th for a 4 days! Sweet!

St Sorlin D'Arves in the les sybelles area. Its usually pretty good
