Well it doesn't appear too bad from what I can find out, anyone just been or out there at the mo to give me a better idea of the conditions?

JO, I was there over the Christmas week and the skiing was good and possible to ski down to 1600 and Peisey. Although those lower runs were a bit cut up late on.
Higher up the skiing was excellent.
They seemed to be doing an excellent job with the piste bashers and snow making. As they've had a couple of good falls since then I think you'll be fine

JO, im also in arc 2000 from this sat, i dont know what to expect, i know they have had a lot of rain in the last few days, and scgb reports are saying icy conditions but getting better later in the day, meteo France is also forecasting snow for friday.

les arcs was really good over xmas there is definately enough snow cover left to go down to valandry

I'll be in Les Arcs (well Vallandry/Pleisey) on 28th, so even thought it's looking ok at the moment a dump before then would be good.
In case there isn't though would all those snowhead members over there before me be kind enough to nip over to La Plagne and bring some snow back with them? Much appreciated

Just back from Les Arcs on Tuesday night - The conditions there are a real credit to the Pisteurs who have managed to open practically every run - Yes the rain hasn't helped down lower but there is some really good snow even in Vallandry which is a bit lower
