Just looking at the Whistler webcams i see they are using snow cannons to add to the already decent snowbase at the village level. I like their style, good effort  (PS the cams look amazing this morning)

fraggle thx for the headsup = this is my first DSLR and Im still struggling with the white balance = among other things
geetee - actually if you click the links I do say where they are on Whistler. They're hard to find even with the location
veeight - that tour company in your sig sounds interesting - its good to see the locals be entrepreneurial!
Its now cold and clear = I hope you all bring your sunglasses and snorkels. Anything north facing will ski exceptionally well

tomski01, The snowcannons are working 24 hours a day on all slopes below "base 2" on Blackcomb, mid station on whistler, or the long last stretch on lower Dave Murray above creekside.
Result - One very cold face has been repeatedly sand blasted today when skiing all 3 ski outs.
