Poster: A snowHead

I have been offered a holiday in either les Gets or Morzine, but wish to hook up with the Ski Club rep in Avoriaz.
Is it feasible or practical to get from either of these resorts over to Avoriaz, in time for his 9.30am rendez-vous, either on skis or by local bus service?
Many thanks in advance.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

stephen buck, No probs from Morzine but Les Gets would be tres difficile, unless you can drive from Les Gets to the Prodains lift. When are you thinking of going?

Thanks, guys. Is there a shuttle bus between Morzine and Avoriaz, or does it mean ski-ing over? The rep meets at Bar le Tavaillon. Probably going w/c 13 Jan.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

stephen buck, pretty sure there is a shuttle bus from morzine to the bottom of the cable car that goes up to Avoriaz a PM to PhilipStanton who is the resident Morzine expert would give you a definite answer.

stephen buck, Yes there is a bus transfer from the TO in Morzine to the bottom of the Prodain lift. This is not your problem, it is getting over from Les Gets to Morzine and then up in time. Good luck and enjoy the snow.
