Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Men's Downhill, Val Gardena

A new winner for the WC circuit, Steven Nyman takes the honours in the Val Gardena downhill. Good to see a new face on the top step of the podium. Finlay Mickel finally found some form, taking 13th and in the process beating Bode Miller (14th) and Michael Walchhofer (16th) amongst others. With Chemmy's great results over the past week it's been a pretty good run up to Christmas for the GB team Smile

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It was a very interesting race. Boy, those bumps! the odd thing is that it seems every race has had a different winner this year - very unusual. Finlay did great - pity we didn't see his run - at least we got to see Christian Ghedina on his farewell run. Very Happy

British results are deffo on an upward curve at the moment. Let's be realistic about this: for a Brit to finish in the top 30 of a WC race is pretty bl**dy brilliant. To finish in the top 15 is actually pretty staggering. To finish in the top 10 in the world is totally awesome. The popular press, will, of course, start suggesting that anything less than top 10 is pretty useless before too long. Sad

WELL DONE. Very Happy Very Happy

It can only be good to have so many different winners, but I would like to see Didier Cuche actually get a win - he's been so consistently close so far this season and just been pipped at the post every time

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
