Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hello snowHead s!

I have recently booked the flight from Liverpool to Grenoble. It is dead cheap! Only £29 both ways with taxes! So for those of you from the area if you are interested go ahead. Very Happy (I rent skis so there is probably additional charge if you bring your panles or door on board)
The skiing week wont be actually a week but 6 days though as the flights are in the afternoon unless you want to ski on the 27 as well for a half a day or couple of hours! I still think it will do though.

I still need to get the accommodation so if there is anybody there in this term somewhere in the area of Grenoble + 100km radius please do let me know if you have a place free.
I am decent bloke that can cook, wash, vacuum, do laundry, serve breakfast, carry others equipment or others but it actually to lazy to do it Toofy Grin

If there is anybody who wants to hook up let me know as well please, as so far the offers I got up till now are crazy for singles. The prices I am being quoted in Alpe d’Huez are from 480€ to 900€ for just 7 nights sleep!!! For that price I can rent the chalet for couple of people!

I will try to approach the private owners now etc…
And need some details for transfers or car rental (the latter is ca.120£ for a week)

Anyway I will keep you updated with my progress (I know you don’t care but who gives a damn! Shocked )

I will put this thread on Nielson’s page with the remark details are here as people there are getting pulled for their emails for obvious reasons.

To sum it up I am already with my left leg in France!

szy, I was able to ski in Les Deux Alps for 30 euro's a day bed and breakfast in the middle of January easy transfer from Grenoble bus to town and bus to resort for about £20. I stayed at the Lutens which snowHeads have use quite often. I would join you but I have just ordered a carpet instaed of a ski holiday Shocked what was I thinking Laughing

A propos the offers, I can forward them 2 u just PM me yr email address, I still should have it.
I havent been to France yet so I didnt pay much attention where the offers were located as long as there is lift around. But still 480 its way more I am used to pay.
