I know there are a few PSV snowheads ,when are you going this year?
I am out there on new years eve ,and looking at the webcam its not looking good below 1800m  lets hope the temperatures start to drop soon!!!!!

Keep the faith ! Whenever we arrive in PSV a blizzard generally follows. This year we are there from the 18th Dec through to the 3rd Jan so we are frantically doing our snow dance !!!

hedley, Wheely, Mrs C and I are over there March 8th to 11th. Havent visited before so looking forward to it.....
We are meeting some friends who are there for a week with their kids with Snowbiz. Any idea what they are like?
Also we are looking for somewhere for the 2 of us to stay - any ideas?

Roger C, we had our first ski trip with Snowbiz and I can't speak too highly of them. Really well organised, nothing too much trouble and great support for the kids.

Boarded at PSV 1400m today....on foot so didn't get up very high...conditions are good even at the 1400m level...further up it looks really good...hopefully it won't warm up too much and melt it all.

psv opens this weekend lets hope it stays cold enough to let the cannons do their stuff although I fear a warm spell is imminent?

Travelling out there today so will let you know what the conditions are like. Some friends are already there and say that the conditions up top 2000m are good so looking forward to it !!!!!

I've boarded at PSV twice this week and can give the follow info. for those interested:
- Above 1800-2000m the snow is really good.
- 1800m - 1600m is currently open but gets progressively icey as you descend.
- At 1600m there is some grass and stones peeking through, but it's still skiable.
- It's much colder here now so they should be able to get the snow making going to patch up the dogdy bits.
- 100m-1400m is currently closed.
- It's very quiet here so it's not going to get warn out. I doubt more than 100 people were on the piste today.

Just had 4 good days skiing outhere. The slopes are v v quiet and the snow is good from 1800 upwards. Bought some new skis today (Santa has come early !) so will be giving them a run off piste.
