Obviously if you have a car this shouldn't be a problem, as you will doubtless stock up in a sea level supermarket.
However.... if you don't and don't want to spend the earth I have found a place which will deliver you a week's worth of food (Dinner, picnic, Supper, snacks) for £41 per person, or as they bill it, 10 euros per day full board.

They predominantly serve the Bourg st Maurice/Moutiers area and I would be most interested if there were more of these little enterprises around other areas.

Apparently Chalet food are quite good, one of my guests used them last season. I have also found http://www.chefathome.eu.com/chefathome.html in Serre Chevalier, and will be putting leaflets in the apartment next winter. (Don't view the link in Firefox).
