Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Lastminute.com are offering 2 for 1 on the first day - Wednesday 18 October - of the Metro Ski Show (£10 for 2 tickets), or 25% off ticket prices on the other three days:

Strangely, since the change in sponsorship from Daily Mail to Metro the show doesn't seem to have a website, but there are plenty of details on the above link.

Natives will stage their usual party on the Saturday (21 October):

David Goldsmith, you were double teamed... I think that's the expression. Anyway, £10 for 2 isn't the best deal. Dare I divulge to the whole world the time-honoured fool-proof method for getting in for nowt? Maybe not today as there's a couple of weeks to go. Guesses invited though.

Actually, on a serious note, what if all 5000 (or whatever it is) Snowheads stormed the building in one co-ordinated freebie-seeking offensive? The organiser would love the (pre-warned) publicity, the exhibitors wouldn't complain about having more customers and it might properly liven things up a bit. I see no reason why this can't be achieved.

That might qualify for one of those News At 10 "...and finally" stories. I can hear it now "...there was chaos today at a ski show when 5000 members of a popular internet chatroom stormed the building. Eyewitnesses described a scene of pandemonium as they all appeared to bow down in front of a stand for a Tarantaise ski resort and prayed"
