Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

hi all, not sure if this has been posted on here yet, but just had an email from les menuires today showing that they are now introducing a new style family flex pass this season, where everyone pays for the childs price, it is for a minimum of 3 pers (1no 18yo or over and 2 no under 1
to 8 pers max (2no adults and six no under 18yo) 6 days for the price of 5 days.
it can be either a 3v pass or local only, but all the passes have to be for the same duration and areas covered
previously it used to have to be 2 adults and 2 children, up to a max of 8persons, this meant that when i used to take my girls on my own when they were under 18 i could not make use of this offer, and to be honest it to annoy me a bit, because i am sure there were a lot more single parents in a similar situation.
The only time that i could use this offer was when i went on trip with another dad and his 2 boys, whose wife did not want to go ski anymore (she used to go for walks), there were another 2 families, both mums and teenage kids, and because one of the other mums was a non skier, the other mum bought her ticket independently, we could combine all the kids on to the same offer.
obviously now, this is not needed and is more straightforward, and in my opinion, a fairer system.
hopefully this will be a benefit to some snowheads looking to visit the 3v's

I’m very glad to hear of that development having always made use of the 3V family pass. About time too, good stuff.
