Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

4 valleys long weekend - Siviez?

Late March long weekend for 2 of us and looking at Siviez as a location to stay. I think I stayed there in around 1990 with school and from my very vague recollection it was a decent base to get into 4 valleys. Maybe one for @BobinCH? Very Happy

Still the case or is there somewhere else I should be looking at?

And don't suppose anyone has an apartment there that they rent out?

Although I do recall a nightclub in the basement of the apartment block we stayed in at school! it may have been Veysonnaz we stayed though - blinking long time ago!

@Dashed, it’s probably the best base for quick access to the 4V high altitude stuff and Chez Caroline is open for dinner most nights. There is also a ski shop and mini-supermarket. And the ski bus to Haute-Nendaz if you need it. Probably also viable in a taxi for a night out?

Have you tried Nendaz great access to 4V plenty of accomodation, few good bars and restaurants, stopped at Les Etagnes (Onno,s place great breakfast) couple of weeks ago right next to main lift Tracouet
