Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

How many days more?
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

The BMC doesn't mention how many days you are skiing but does limit the length of each trip to 45, 60 days etc. So you have to call into the UK every 44 days for example.
When an insurance company says upto 14 days winter sport I suppose that means the actual length of time you are actually skiing not the amount of time you are out of the UK. So for example if you decide to spend a night in a hotel on your way to the Dolomites it would not count towards your 14 day limit. But what would be the situation if you chose to stay in a resort for say 16 days but only ski for 14?

LV= Premier policy gives you 31 days

@Gran dad
, it might depend on the number of ski days you want to be covered. Last year (my renewal is not due yet) Snowcard would do any number of days but after 30? you had to increase the level of cover to a more extreme level so you ended up with cover for skydiving for example which maybe a good thing should the mood take you.
