Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Replacement Dalbello Lupo soles (Gripwalk or alpine)

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all, last week I snapped the toe end of one of my Gripwalk soles on my Dalbello Lupo AX 120 boots. I am trying to source replacement soles (ideally Gripwalk but alpine are fine) but am having trouble. I cannot find anywhere that has them to send to me...all out of stock or collection only (such as Sole Boot Lab, Chamonix). Anything Technical shop in Cumbria advised lots of issues currently getting any response/spares from Dalbello so am on a waitlist with them.

I am off skiing again in a few weeks and would ideally like to source replacements that can be sent to me, otherwise it will be a repair job for now. The binding toepiece of the boot is unaffected.

Has anybody had any recent luck with Dalbello or online shops with Dalbello spares stock at all please? I can't even find similar alternatives that would fit which would be an option.

Worrying if Dalbello are not communicating...I'd rather not spend out on another pair of boots from a different brand yet! Thanks.

I needed a replacement part for my Lupo’s and my local shop, Ski Exchange near Cambridge, managed to source the part through Dalbello.
You could see if they hold any spares, or have a hotline to the manufacturer.

@ficklefisher - I've got a pair of alpine soles for Lupo going spare if that's of interest? Assume they are all the same fit but I can dig them out and get you some photos if you want?

Hi Everyone, I have a pair of Dalbello Lupo AX 120 ski boots with Grip Walk, which are not compatible with my old Salomon bindings. I understand my ski boots are compatible if I can change the sole from Grip Walk to Alpine. However, as mentioned by, Ficklefisher, Dalbello are not communicating, Anything Technical have sold out and I propose to call, Ski Exchange in the morning (Monday 26th 2024) etc...! Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

You understand correctly :: the others optons are expensive ! :: New bindings or hire (which what I did this year...)
