Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Bootfitters in Klosters/Davos

Hi,

I will be skiing in Klosters/Davos in a couple of days and will be getting a boot fitting as 15 years of rental boots have driven me crazy. Has anyone had any good experiences there or knows of a shop/boot fitter that they have heard positive things about?

I am staying in Klosters at a friend’s house so I have looked into Andrist & Bardill but I wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations. Thanks!

Yes, Heierling is still around: https://www.heierling.ch/en/products-services/sporthopedics-ski-boot-fitting. Located next to the train station in Davos Dorf. You may not be willing or able to pop for the full treatment. But they can fit you in a new pair of boots. Definitely get the footbeds and stance/balance analysis. They sell several top brands as well as their own brand.
