Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Les Deux Alpes Transfer (Geneva/Lyon)

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi

We're a party of 12 flying out to L2A in mid-January. One of the group (now) has to travel back on 18 January.

I am exploring options. There is a Grenoble to Stanstead flight that day, although Standstead is not particularly convenient. Other options are flying from Lyon or Geneva, although I am struggling to find anything other than an expensive private transfer.

Any ideas Snowheads? End destination in the UK is Bristol, if that helps!

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Matt

You can get the bus to Grenoble then train / bus to Lyon or Geneva. Geneva is a long transfer.

18th is a Thursday. First bus is at 7.15 am. Last at 18h00. Takes about 1h45.

From Grenoble you could get a blablabus at 9.30 (book a flexible ticket) to arrive at Lyon St Exupery at 10.35. Total cost around 30 euros.

I would aim to travel as early as is possible.
