Has anyone had any luck getting through to Inghams in the last few days? All their phone lines are down due to a 'technical issue' which is probably more likely to be this 'https://planetski.eu/2023/12/13/inghams-targeted-in-cyber-attack/'. I need to amend a booking to cancel for one of our party, and there is only 24 hours before the outstanding balance is due (£10K).

@snorks, you could maybe ask how to amend your booking on Inghams social media (Facebook, Twitter/X) if the phone lines are down?

@snorks, There has been an update today, which confirms the phones have been affected:
“We’re really sorry if you’ve been trying to reach us, we are currently experiencing some significant technical issues and our phones and emails are currently down.
“Please bear with us and we’ll provide an update here shortly.”
If you don't get it resolved in time, it's hard to see Inghams not being reasonable, given the circumstances.

Thanks, their phone lines came back mid-morning so I managed to get through today and make the amendment.

It appears that Inghams are still suffering the after-effects of the recent cyber attack, as their e-ticketing system isn't working and their number to call re. ticketing isn't working either. I haven't heard anything from them about my upcoming trip in just over a week's time. After not getting any response to the email I sent to their 'Before You Travel' team either, I finally got through to someone on their general number, who gave me a web link through which I was able to check in online and get my boarding passes.

If you are on a Jet2 flight you can get the Reservation Code from inghams manage my booking page / flight details to then use on the Jet2 site
This lets you do your boarding pass and Advance Passenger Information
Not ideal but saves trying to phone.
I got the info re resort rep contact ect at about ten days before

Yeah, used my booking reference code to check in on www.jet2.com/inghams
I don't know why they haven't just contacted all their customers and told them to do this - as it's the first time I've booked with them, I didn't know. I just got an email from them a couple of weeks ago saying that all the problems were fixed and their systems were back to normal again. Clearly they aren't.
