If you have $2500 burning a hole in your pocket this Christmas, and a difficult snowboarder to buy for, pop over to Cyrusher and pick up their new Ripple electric motorised snowboard.
Cyrusher have some form in this, building electric bikes and an electric surfboard before... not too sure about this one though...
Only reasons to snowboard are powder and the fact that you statistically look cooler...this takes away those two things Also that gaper gap at the end of the advert is premium Jerry
Cost, weight, and battery life are going to be major issues.
Then you can post your own questions or snow reports...

I wouldn’t buy or ride one but it’s still way cooler than skiing
After all it is free

Indeed. Skiing: a sport where people have rules about how they can wear their goggles, ffs. Those guys are so controlled. They daren't even wear stuff the way they want to, or an internet lynch mob of big boys will call them rude names and make them cry. Intermediate skiers, but absolute fashion fascists.
I like the concept, can't quite see how the drive disengages for going down.
But to me unless you're in way deeper snow than that it has the same problems mountain boards have: if you come off then it's going to hurt.
Anything which winds up closed minded folk is good though. If we'd not experimented like this, we'd have had to kick their asses on skis instead.
