 Poster: A snowHead
|
Last season I bought a pair of Sidas Ultrafit ULV socks in VT which took about 2mm off my foot width and made my terrible boot fit a little more comforable before I bought new boots the next day.
This season, I'm still sorted, however my Wife will be skiing too. I've tried to find the same socks online for her (her boot fit isn't good either, and she's had several years off, with injury which stopped her skiing last season) but without success for UK delivery.
So, can I have some recommendations please for decent thin compression socks please?

@chrisValTho, I'll get back to you next week when I'm back in the Mountains as I can't find what mine are, they are very very thin. and are a compression sock.
I thought that they were Dynafit, but I seem to recall I paid silly money for them, and looking around, even their most expensive sock is not as much as I paid
They were sold by the local Boot Doctor/Osteopath/Chiropractor who did me a great deal on the fitting so I sort of went ahead with the socks.

Mine were stupid expensive as well (€50), and look like they could be had for €15 less online than in-resort, but struggling with delivery to UK

I like the Smartwool Zero Cushion socks, which are more like £20 to £25. I don't think they explicitly market them as compression socks, but I find they compress as much as other compression socks
