Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

La Thuile- local advice required

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
So we are going to La Thuile for a Xmas family ski with teens and pre teens, staying in Planibel and l have a few questions that require local knowledge (questions may seem a little strange)

1) it seems like all Planibel apartments have been refurbished but do all of them have WiFi - super important for my 13 yr old gamer Confused
2) Local supermarket- does it sell green apples ( ok this is an odd one but l am really addicted to them Embarassed
3) Where is the closest hospital? Hopefully won’t need it but one of the kids has a chronic condition that occasionally requires sudden hospitalisation
4) Any ski instructor, ski hire ( l know there are two shops nearby) recommendations or Planibel room tips?
Any other local tips welcome! Thank you

Closest hospital is in Aosta. About 45mins by road.

Er mandate that the expensive skiing holiday you are taking them on is a non-gaming week maybe?! You'll be amazed after half a day of grumpiness how much they engage and converse with the rest of the family.

Thank you all for your responses! Really helpful

@luanb, any preferences regarding different blocks? Not sure if we can request a specific one
@MHskier, that would be ideal but given that this particular child has started loosing interest in skiing so no WiFi would be too much for him

TBH they all have pros and cons. We didn't get a choice, apart from choosing the apartment type from Crystal Ski booking page.
The block furthest away from the gondola had more space and a little closer to the village but was a bit run down, the lifts were cramped when we were there in 2018, hopefully those have been refurbish.
The block next furthest away was ok, no complains.
The one in the main reception building bit was nicely done, has a swimming pool/spa, closest to the gondola and services but has the smallest rooms out of the 3 we stayed in.
We didn't use the swimming pool or spa as the costs seems excessive.

@luanb, thank you. I guess we are just going to see what we get. We are in “executive” apartment type

Ah, our last trip was in the "Executive 2 Bedroom Apartment", that was nice if a bit on the "cosy" size.
