Can anyone recommend some ski hire shops in Selva? Even better if people know of some money off codes or discount options for a group of 7.

Always had good skis and service at Dolimiti Adventures on the main drag through town and near the Ciampinoi

Where are you staying ?
Another vote for ski Walter assuming you are nearby.
Across the road from the Nives drag lift.
You can also rent ski lockers there which may or may not be worth considering depending on where your accommodation is … if more than a few hundred metres it might be a good option.
Selva is quite hilly.

It doesn't look too far to ski Walter. We will most likely be storing our gear in the apartment rather than use lockers.

Yes not too far to walk and no hill between you and lift. Pretty much same elevation.
Or - once you have your kit , you might even be able to access the blue track through town which then gets you to Ciampanoi gondola … looks nearer than Nives lift.
If you look at google maps - you can see a strip of white running through town - I have skied down that many times but I can’t recall if you can access it half way down …

Take your pick. They're all a much of a muchness. You won't find a bad one. The nearest to your hotel is prob the best bet. Less of a walk.

Ski Walter also have a shop on the main drag (near the Ski Pass office) : Or, given your location, try Ski Olga ; Again on the main drag opposite Cafe Mozart
But, as @Mollerski has said, you will not find a bad one (and they all seem to charge a similar price...)

@albob, They love a bit of friendly price fixing. Try getting a transfer from Innsbruck. The taxi bosses must get together each year in a scene straight out of Goodfellows and sort it all out nicely.
