Any suggestions for UK package providers apart from the big two would be very welcome. Thanks.

Any ideas where you want to go? There are lots of small tour ops but with limited resort coverage.
Ski Olympic have a good rep but now only operate to Les Arcs.
Others include: Mark Warner, Ski Beat, Ski Famille and Vertigo, Ski Miquel and at the lower end Alpine Elements.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Sunweb do flights with accomodation+lift pass but not transfers.
Austria is easy enough to get around on trains though

You can book your transfer through Sunweb - but it may be cheaper to arrange your own
"..If you book a transfer via Sunweb, it will be a transfer by taxi or (mini)bus to and from resort..."

Back in the day when we had little kids and a package was de rigeur, I was always surprised that there weren't more mainstream tour companies. And that was back when Nielson actually had decent coverage rather than just a few of their own chalet hotels.
I think the lightbulb moment was when I realised that probably fewer people went skiing than went to Benidorm, Torremolinos, Playa de las Americas and Albufeira.
Guess I'm just unconsciously elitist... even so I really wish that BA Holidays could package a ski trip...

We really like leski... We tend to go away as a group of four or six in Feb/March and book one of their smaller chalets to have to ourselves, usually in Courchevel 1650.

Anyone had any experience with Ski Vertigo?
Really like the look of one of their chalets in Val. I see they are a new company but are actually Ski Famille, who generally have quite a good reputation I believe?
