When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ok somewhat tongue-in-cheek clickbait headline Laughing

For the past four or so years the OH has compiled a long-term term snow-forecast / outlook for the coming season, based on a fair amount of research as per the experienced wordsmith that she is.

And I have always been somewhat reticent to share this on here, as those who know me will be aware of how I do not trust any forecast more than a couple of days out Laughing

Over the years her feature has always performed well in general Google searches, for instance, "snow forecast 2022/23" page one etc

So this year, evidently there is a significant change afoot as per the headline - so I thought I'd share this with you - and again 100% researched and no use of Chat GPT, though she has just double-checked out of interest following on from my suggestion and the subsequent Chat GPT has no mention of La Nina or El Nino, and it is very fluffy!

Comments welcome, though I have warned her what to maybe expect Very Happy
