Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Going to Flaine in January. Two adults and three children. I see they offer a free ski pass for under 8's but does anyone know if there are any other discounts ever available e.g. Early booking, family, or are there ever discount codes or is it ever cheaper to buy through a third party or in the resort? Thanks in advance!

Last year they did around 25% off the Grand Massif pass if you bought it before end of November. We got ours for our Easter trip back then.

Probably not relevant to you, but they also do a super cheap season pass if you buy before end September.

Edit: this was from the official site https://www.grand-massif.com/ We paid 245 EUR for an adult pass 6 days.

Sorry to resurrect this thread but can anyone see any discounts for this winter? I can only see the discounted season pass, the 6 day pass is the same price as 6 individual days so no multibuy saving at all.

Lots of disquiet re. GM ski passes this year and the price increases (27% on the season pass). Samoens have refused to accept the increases and GMDS the operator isn’t budging. No discounts for advance booking of weekly passes/multiple days as in previous years. They may come but I would imagine nothing will happen until the dispute with Samoens is resolved.

Thankyou for this info. I emailed them a few weeks back and they said early booking discounted passes would be available in October. Hopefully it will be resolved and there will be some sort of discount. They are huge money!
