 Poster: A snowHead

Hi,
Off to Val Thorens at the weekend for a family ski trip. I'll have two boys (11 & 10) in ski school and two more in childcare (3 & 2). This will free up time for my wife and I to get in as many runs as possible.
My wife's a good intermediate but lacks confidence. She likes cruisy blues and is happy on these all day long. However she's expressed a want to push back on to reds (happy on reds when she was younger pre-children), so can anyone recommend any "easy" red's in Val Thorens (or wider 3V's) that I could pursued her to have ago on?

NB at least a couple of the runs discussed on there ( eg Creux, Jerusalem) are now blues.

I found the red down from Cime Caron, Col de l'audzin to be fairly gentle and lovely to ski.
Also Les vires and Lac blanc down from Peclet.

The Cime piste is the much easier of the two reds. It's certainly less steep than Col de l'audzin.

Semi-related question - which paper piste maps are available at the 3 Vallees lift offices? The mammoth one covering the whole 3 Vallees ski area, or the more legible sector-specific ones?

2in1: One side mammoth, other side your valley. So if you visit the office in the other valleys...
