Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Help! La Plagne!

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hey, can someone help?

There's 3 of us headed for La Plagne tomorrow, but we've just been told our accomodation for tomorrow night is cancelled.....something to do with electricity!!!

Does anyone know a decent B&B or hotel that's open in La Plagne (anywhere) for 3 of us to crash for the night? Nothing too pricey!! Very Happy

Many thanks! This is our first visit to la Plagne, so don't know the area.

As redrunmarcus, says Aime is your best bet and there is Hotel Tourmaline on the main street which should be open. Try a google search. I would not expect many if any hotels in la Plagne to be open as season does not start til July?

Bit of a diversion from the original thread, but I couldn't come up with a better title............

Thinking of going to La Plagne on December 31st but I'm a bit confused by all the little villages. Suppose were looking for the place with skiing convenience whilst not being too pig ugly. We'll probably aim high too get (hopefully) good snow. Something akin to Arc 1800 would be alright. snowHead snowHead snowHead

Thanks all, I take it the lifts, ski school etc are pretty convenient in Belle Plagne?
Is it easy to link into the lift system that serve the other satellite villages as well?

Thanks again snowHead snowHead

Hywel, Belle Plagne is well connected and has all you need including a small beginners area and kindergarden. The only exception being lack of a night club. Toofy Grin
