Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Looking to go skiing in March. Holiday period 6-26th. Have done a few seasons, loved Morzine, 3 valleys, -large ski areas. Anybody recommend somewhere to stay for 3weeks that’s not going to break the bank, where I can meet with others to ski with. Early 50’s fit female skis mostly reds and blacks and enjoys off piste.

Stay in UCPA in 3 resorts for a week at a time. So do 3 resorts like say Chamonix, Val / Tignes & 1 other (e.g. Argentiere or other).

That would be a very cool trip, albeit a fairly full on one. (You could always add in a few city or spa weekends & shorten a few of the weeks to 5 days.... = Perfect!!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@horgand, UCPA only take 49-54 year olds if on an Off Piste course and even then, only at some resorts. You could try tracking down hostel rooms (various exist - google) - vaguely remember hearing of somewhere in Tignes Les Brevieres? Depends how you define "break the bank," but basically solo on a tight budget is tricky unless you go for a hostel. Sorry, not much help except stating the obvious. If you do find a trick, let us know as I sometime go solo and would love to figure how to do on the cheap!
