Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Buckles look like a neat design. But otherwise relatively standard ski boot, whose usage/selection is almost exclusively determined by how well it fits...

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Are they hugely different from other boots buckles these days, look a lot like the ones on my Head boots I bought a few years ago.

@ster, They look fairly standard to me, nothing about them that appears any different from most boots over the last 20 years.

If anything like their skis they will be rock solid and built to last. Note the big difference in last between the Race (91.5) and Piste (100) variants.

You can look on SkiTalk where they've been pumped/discussed quite hard. Though you can never be quite sure there of what the commercial arrangement is re promotion of a brand editorially.

If there was any bias in the article I would expect the commentors to lay on as they dont really hold back on that site (unlike here of course).

Which will be welcomed as I struggle to find boots that last longer than a couple of weeks.

Actually, I am struggling to identify the market for even narrower boots than already available, or indeed any gap in any market that these address Puzzled

Going from 95mm to 93mm Nordica boots, the difference was just around the arch, the forefoot and heel feel the same.

The last measurement is at the widest part of the foot so that’s strange

only had a brief look at this and spoken to a couple of athletes using the race product, my observations and their comments were the same, the liner is thick compared to other race boots. relying on the liner to hold the boot will always give a short lived result, when it packs down the shell can't hold the foot
