Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hello! I have serious problem feet and I’m striking out with the shops in my area with boot fitting service (I’m in the Veneto near Padova). Anyone have a recommendation for someone in Selva/Santa Cristina? I’m headed there in a couple of weeks.

there are a couple of really good guys not in the mountains, not exactly sure where they are, one i think is veneto area the other i think is just north of Milan have a look on line for conti boot service and fede boot fitting

Thanks! Fede is the real deal and worked on my current boots but was really reticent about getting me into new ones and now I’m having pain from the boot deforming and pushing on the front of my ankle because I think they are just too soft. Plus, I’m going to be an hour and half or further from his shop in Kronplatz. Maybe I can try to go back….
