Just a heads up as I know a few people have asked regarding credit notes / refunds .
Current situation if you have already bought a pass or bought an early bird .
For this season 21/22 a postponement means you can carry over your existing pass ie 6 day pass inc early birds can be used anytime this season
at no extra charge .
Credit note - Can be used for this season or next .

Just a small note on this. If you paid for your pass using a sterling credit card and it then gets refunded in sterling then the banks will take a currency exchange cut both ways.

My mate’s just switched his daughter’s BF’s pass from the first week of Jan to the first week of March - low to high season and no extra charge. Well done SERMA.

I only know he did cos we know when we’re going. I think he did it all by email btw.

I bought passes in the Black Friday sale and had this reply (today) when I asked about changing the dates.
Cancellation, postponement or refund measures concerning the Black Friday skipasses will be decided during this week by all the resorts of Portes du soleil.
We will get back to you within the week as soon as we will have all the information
