Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Going to Les Arc will also need reliable decent wifi to work for a couple of days.
I've done some searching and can't find anything. Ideally, a business centre with a place to make calls etc, if not just a decent and reliable Wifi connection.
Any recommendations?

There are lots of places around les arcs with decent WiFi, including most apartment blocks. Though nowadays i can work very easily from my apartment, years ago i used to go MacDonald in bourg st Maurice and join everyone else working there with a single cold coffee and a laptop in front of them.
Oddly when I typed "business centres bourg st maurice" into goggle a couple popped up. I assume these were not what you were looking for.

If you can get to Bourg, there are some dedicated work areas in the Base Camp Lodge.

Thanks both. I hadn't yet considered Bourg, as I intended to work in the morning then head straight out.
Worst case I'll head down the mountain. Thanks!
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@chrislondon
, the funicular is actually quite fast and starts at iirc about 7.30 in the morning. Plenty of time to get a morning's work in and be on the snow for lunch time.
Rember the lifts don't close until 16.40
