Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Crystal Ski customer service

Crystal ski customer service isn't that bad once you manage to actually speak to someone. The call wait time is a different story. I called them three times maybe for a total of c6 hours. A customer representative finally picked up after waiting for 2 hours.

Managed to postpone my trip this year with them to next year for personal reasons. It was within 14 days of departure too. They waived the change fee with no fuss and we only ended up paying for the price difference for the holiday (although the 2 for 1 lift pass offer was not available anymore).

Been using them for the last 10 years. They messed up once before but happy to use them again. Hope they can get the call wait time back to pre-covid time which is more reasonable.

I postponed the trip I'm on right now (Bad Hofgastien) due to the testing needed to get back into the UK, but when that was relaxed, rebooked the original trip and got a £150 refund due to the holiday sale price in the week before travel. Result! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Wait time to get through was 1.5 hours to cancel our Austria trip. That said we just put it on speaker and carried on with our work so not a biggie. They messed up the refund but we eventually got all our money.

Not amazing but not bad and on the strength of it, as they refunded with no quibble, we’ll probably book with them next year

Out of curiosity how did people manage to cancel the holiday booking? I thought their guarantee allowed you to change it but not cancel it?
