Could be the run back down to the bottom of Belvedere that starts by the Gondola. Dunno what the area is though

I see what you mean with regards to the pistes, but I don't think there are any trees on that corner looking up to the left and certainly not a lift building on that side of the picture. The Tete des Saix would be further to the left.

Very funny - yes I am sat in Les Houches and I did ski here today, but you know that picture couldn't be taken here. If you were not so well travelled you would know the same by looking at Google Earth/maps
