When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I'm finding it impossible to contact them by phone, email, or online chat. SImply no repsonse, not even an automated one. Does anyone have any tips?

I booked some flights for Feb HT and they are still listed as "in progress" 36 hours later. I'm worried the seats will have gone by the time they get back to me (weren't many available).

@jedster, if you have status with BA then use the number from the exec club. There is also the number by dialing from abroad.

The BA call system requires a handshake from your phone so try the home phone then try a mobile.

I can't remember which one is the one that works.

I know it is vague but I can't find the relevent posts on the BA sites.

In terms of their unresponsive my last email to them trying to get the info that my travel insurance requested as to why I can’t have a partial refund has gone completely unacknowledge Sad
