Ok it's the end of the season, I'd have loved to have gone to the EOSB, but having just got back from Heavenly, time, funds and Mrs Axs pretty much ruled that out 
So instead, in a bizarre twist I have decided to Join the SCGB! Just signed up over the web for the family package, which at less than £7.00 per month for the 6 of us seems pretty good value to me.
I don't know if I'll enjoy the magazine (not seen a copy yet), can't judge what the rep services are like (never met one), can't tell if the discounts on trips will pay off, BUT....
It's worth £75 just to read the full versions of all the arguments on both Forums! 
So well done DG (& TASH) , TB et al, knowingly or not you have pulled in another punter!
Can't wait to find out who said what to who over the last 30 years! What? the website doesn't go back that far? Only a few years of argument history is available? rats!
Oh well, hope the magazine's worth reading

Following up Cathy's point, if you use keywords like "and" or "snow" or "ski" or .... err ... "rep" you should be able to access a few threads!
