It is to early to foresee what the 2020/21 Ski Vacation Experience will be like ...or how the Austrian Ski Industry will handle it according to Government Rules & Guidelines.
My Guess is for pure Winter Sporters (live for the mountains) Sleep--Ski--Sleep it will be a dream .....
For others, it will more than likely be a completely different feel...(Apres Ski/Nightlife/Restaurants etc) to what you have been used to.
Im not sure if Arlbergebahen has issued Summer safety/health measures for the lifts but
I think we can expect regulations similar to HinterTux (Face Masks on Enclosed Lifts)
@boabski, Angelika still very much there, great place, our go-to place in town. The Alber new place sits really well and widens up the access to the rear of the ski shop.

@Markymark29, cool. Never made Anton this year. On hindsight i dodged a bullet as the boys went the week of the evacuation and one of them ended up in hospital with covid when they got home - at one point it was touch and go but survived thankfully
And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

CV19 in St Anton current situation...
Should keep a close eye with the summer season coming ...
Number increased in last couple of days, not much but really not needed right now.
Earthquakes of this magnitude have not occurred in the Tyrolean Oberland for some time. Landeck region a century event hopefully or maybe the Austrian Alps are going to experience a new regional shakeup
Saturday night, 9.45pm. An exceptionally strong earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 shakes the Landeck area. It was felt within a radius of 50 kilometres, in large parts of the Oberland, even as far as Switzerland. A few hours later, at 2.50 a.m. on Sunday morning, there was an aftershock of magnitude 3.5, which was also noticeable, and during the night there were smaller tremors.

@stanton, I've been there and witnessed one a few years ago in summer 2103, they are pretty common based in the comments from the hotel, epicentre previously near IBK.
The Quakes which you refer to have all been in a well known fault in Voralberg (Klösterle, Wald am Arlberg) i have felt the ones that have occured during past winter seasons
These two quakes last weekend in the Tiroler Oberland near Landeck were an unknown fault so something maybe happening

@Sitter, @stanton, Correct, it was Kloesterle last season I think, I was there too at that time staying near the church in St Anton rather than previously in St Jakob and it was markedly more severe, perhaps Valluga will be getting a few metres taller in next few years!

In order to ensure the safest possible season, the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) is developing a Covid-19 model for safe winter tourism on behalf of the state of Tyrol.
St. Anton am Arlberg serves as a model region alongside Alpbach
So if you're just off somewhere snowy come back and post a snow report of your own and we'll all love you very much

That looks hideous. That will totally spoil the look of Lech.
You know it makes sense.

Current construction is just the underground parking.
The rest is not yet written in stone.
13 september: elections for new local council, and for major. The new council will decide. It’s a hot debate in Lech...
The Krone-article is garbage.

It is a shame as it was a pleasant bar, not noisy and they sold Augustiner beer. Not sure how yet another sports shop can pay more rent but it must make sense to someone.

Any tips on accommodation for 10 people? I'm looking for chalets, fully catered preferably.

Re: Jules bar – that's annoying. We could always get a table there while the Galzig was always rammed. A nice relaxed drink without having to shout to hear each other
