Early April lot's of places.
Late April/early May - Val Thorens.
Assuming you mean Europe.

The entire alps will be shut next week until November probably. Forget it.

Ischgl closing for 2 weeks: https://www.ischgl.com/news-en
It would be reasonably high risk to assume that the closure will last only 14 days. The situation is so fluid.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Lol - there'll be no where to ski. All will be locked down. Just can't see it being anything else.

Sweden had it's first COVID-19 death yesterday.
Norway, which have had no deaths yet, have closed most schools and kindergartens for the next 2 weeks. All major sporting events have been cancelled. Skistar have closed Hemsedal (and most likely Trysil).

I think its best to assume that nobody that would need to travel any more than locally and can walk up is going to be skiing much more until next winter. Tourist season is over everywhere.

Looks like travel will be very low in the next few months (hoping summer holiday plans are not affected)
Travel insurance is either going up or I beleive in LV's case they are no longer selling to new customers.
Unless you're very brave best to plan double the trips for next season.
The Ischgl link above says it closing for the season this week now, maybe recently updated.

Easter is in a months time (Easter Sunday = 12th April 2020) which is when most ski resorts would be shut anyway.
Just my opinion -
If this illness blows over before Easter then the usual resorts (glaciers etc) would most likely be open late April / May. Those non-glacier resorts that are lower down but normally close after Easter (e.g. St Anton, Obertauern, Obergurgl etc) will most likely be shut after easter this year even if Corona clears up early April.

One thing is virus cases/deaths and lockdowns, another is economics. If they only expect 20% of the usual visitors they may shut the resort anyway. Particularly if seasonal workers are already approaching the ends of their contracts.
A warm winter, and now this.
